About Claire -
With over 20 years of experience as a trauma-informed practitioner, I specialise in supporting individuals and families through times of profound change. Much of my work has focused on the transition into parenthood, a life shift that touches every aspect of home and work. I walk alongside families as they adjust to new rhythms, roles, and relationships, offering compassionate guidance grounded in deep understanding and respect for each unique journey. I have experience in supporting adults and young people through loss whether that be loss of identity, loss of purpose or the profound loss of a loved one.
I am a qualified Therapeutic Social worker with a Masters in Developmental Psychology and Level 5 in Coaching. I have trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. Non Violence Resistance, mental health first aid and Theraplay.
My mission is to help women love and respect themselves through self care (financial, mental, physical and emotional) to achieve the life they want to live and get past limiting beliefs.
I have experienced trauma and loss in my own life and everything I have learnt and implemented has led me to where I am today. I practice Mindfulness and breathwork myself however I acknowledge it has taken me years to feel comfortable to calm my mind and my own thoughts.
I can offer the time and space for you to explore your own goals and explore the way forward that is right for you. I am offering discovery calls in June, packages of support or one off coaching sessions.
